Who This Is For

Security that keeps the doors open.

A congregation cannot screen everyone who walks in, and should not want to. The work is staying open and being ready at the same time.

What We Cover

What a real assessment looks at.

We walk your building during an actual service, because a sanctuary at 10am on a Sunday is a different building than an empty one on a Tuesday.

Process

What happens when you call.

  1. Phase 1

    Reach Out

Call or request a consultation. You speak with us directly, and the conversation stays confidential.

  2. Phase 2

    Visit During a Service

We come during a real service and watch how the building actually works when it is full.

  3. Phase 3

    Findings in Writing

You get what we found and what we recommend on paper, in a form you can take to your board or committee.

  4. Phase 4

    Coverage in Place

Officers arrive briefed on your congregation and your team, present without changing how the room feels.

Questions

Questions congregations ask first.

The questions people actually search before they bring security to a board meeting.

There is no single requirement that covers every congregation. What matters in practice is that the people doing it are trained for what they will actually face, that everyone knows who does what, and that your insurance carrier and leadership have signed off on the arrangement. We will tell you where your current setup sits and what is missing.

Many do, and many also fund part of it through federal nonprofit security grants intended for faith communities at risk. Those programs run on their own application cycles and change year to year, so confirm the current round before you plan around it. We can tell you what we see other congregations doing.

Some does and some does not. Plenty of congregations start with unarmed, trained presence and never go further. Others want an armed officer for specific services. It is a decision for your leadership, and we will give you an honest recommendation rather than pushing you toward the larger contract.

That is the real concern behind most of these conversations, and it is a fair one. A detail that makes your members feel watched has failed at the job. Our officers are briefed to be present and unobtrusive, and for many congregations the right answer is coverage that most members never consciously notice.

Yes, and it is usually the better starting point. Your volunteers know the congregation and recognize who belongs, which no outside officer can do on day one. We train them, define what they handle and what they hand off, and cover the rest.
