Aegispoint Security Services ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at aegispointsecurity.services (the "Site"). This page explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you submit the Request Quote form on our Contact page, we collect the information you provide:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your street address, city, state and ZIP code
- The service you need and how you found us
- Anything you choose to tell us in the message field
If you call or email us, we also receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
We do not take payments through this Site, and we do not collect payment information here.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, understand your situation, prepare a quote, schedule an assessment, and provide the services you ask for.
Security work depends on discretion. We treat what you tell us as confidential, share it only where that is needed to deliver the service you asked for or where the law requires it, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
Analytics and Cookies
This Site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking. The Request Quote form is provided by a third party (see below), and it may set cookies or use similar technology that the form needs to work and to block automated spam. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page before it goes live.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to run this Site and respond to inquiries:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts the Request Quote form, stores your submission, and routes it to us.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person and not an automated program.
- Vercel, which hosts this Site and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr and the Tailwind CSS CDN, which deliver the fonts and code this Site uses. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive standard request information such as your IP address.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period the law requires after that.

Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
